Lemon Butter
In the same way that homegrown produce tastes better than most of that bought at a shop, making Lemon Butter from donated, organic, local lemons produce a Lemon Butter which taste so much better than anything on a supermarket shelf. A neighbor's generosity meant that I could make 15 jars today, for ne to enjoy cooking it has to be easy and the end product delicious. And I am pleased to say that I enjoyed the process and the end product very much.
