Champion Chokos

In the last few weeks we have harvested 15 Chokoes from our vine, what a marvelous ratio.'and just  when so many other crops are struggling.

Years ago we had a Choko vine, but then we did not have such a range of cooking styles to choose from, and Choko in White Sauce was the extent of our culinary knowledge. 

After tasting steamed and fried Choko, and looking forward to roast Choko tomorrow,  I know that we have lots to look forward too ( and we have not even considered soup or pickles yet!)
