Urban Orchard - Perth

Come and get your hands dirty at the Urban Orchard. The Winter Harvest and Planting Day is a great opportunity for the public to join celebrity gardener Josh Byrne (ABC TV Gardening Australia) and his team to help the Perth Cultural Centre’s community garden grow.

BYO gardening gloves, secateurs and (and raincoat if raining).

The planting activity will finish by 12pm, followed by a one hour practical workshop on fruit tree pruning and winter management tips by Josh Byrne and renowned fruit tree expert Peter Coppin.

This is a family event for gardeners of all ages, but please note that children must be accompanied by an adult.
