Using Produce - Borage

We have recently grown Borage from seed for the first time, mainly as they are recommended for attracting bees to the garden. We are pleased with the results and hope that they will self seed in future.

 Further reading led me to trying out the suggestion of using the flowers in ice cubes, the bushes were soon covered in flowers again...

 And the ice cubes look gorgeous in the cold water that we are drinking such a lot of in this hot weather.
