Thanks to the wonderful canteen staff where I work we have been collecting coffee grounds and adding them to our gardens, worm farms and compost bins, on a weekly basis since June 2012. We now collect approximately 15 - 20 kilos of grounds a week which in an academic year as they are from a vocational college.
