Spinach and Ricotta Frittata

We have lots of spinach, kale and rainbow chard in the garden so I am trying to cook some with every meal. So for lunch I cooked my first frittata, this recipe was very easy and I just used spinach instead of zucchini. It was delicious and we will definitely be having this more often.
