Picking Produce - Parsley

We have lots of Italian Parsley in the garden at the moment so I decided to try some new recipes.

Firstly I cooked up Parsley Soup, you can find the recipe and more information here.

I also made Lentil and Parsley Salad by modifying this recipe, using dried lentils which I boiled for 20 minutes.

Zucchini and Lemon Thyme Soup

Have just made this delicious and easy soup for the first time today, the Lemon Thyme plant is a fantastic herb to have in the garden, we have ours in a pot in a very hot sunny position and it is thriving.
