We have been selling ribbons to raise funds for Bowel Cancer Australia as June is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month in Australia.  The work being done by organizations such as Bowel Cancer Australia saves people's lives every day and everyone involved keeps working to reduce the number of deaths. June is Bowel Cancer Awareness month and sadly eighty Australians die every week from Bowel Cancer. However there are organizations like Bowel Cancer Australia who are working to help those who are suffering and prevent others from doing so.

SAVE LIVES: Clean Your Hands 5 May

I have been learning all about Hand Hygiene and the importance of getting it right in a Health Care Assistant Class that I have been working in. Today is Save Lives:Clean Your Hands Day and hopefully the ongoing education campaign by the World Health organization will make the world a healthier and safer place for everyone.
